In order to ensure candidates are placed in their preferred district a selection criteria have been established while selecting candidates for interview. Please carefully review the following details regarding the process:
Key Points:
1. Top Scorer Selection by District:
• The top percentile candidate from each district have been selected for the interview process.
• Candidates from other districts might have overall higher score, however, this does not impact the selection of top candidates from other district.
2. Candidates Without a Preferred District:
• Applicants who left the “Preferred District” field blank will be considered under a separate pool labeled “All Districts.”
• Candidates from the All Districts pool may be deployed across any district, based on organizational needs.
